Our Process

Ordering custom yard signs is easy. Every order is reviewed by a real person before printing to ensure your signs look their best.

1. Customize Your Yard Signs
Select your size, quantity, choose single- or double-sided printing, decide whether you'd like to include FREE H-stakes, and upload your artwork. (If you choose not to include H-stakes and later decide you need them, additional shipping charges will apply.)

2. Receive Your Free Digital Proof
Within 24 hours, we'll review your artwork and email you a free digital proof for approval. If we spot anything that may affect print quality, we'll let you know before production begins.

3. We Print & Finish
Once approved, your yard signs are professionally printed, packaged according to your selected H-stake option, and carefully inspected before shipping.

4. Fast Delivery
Most yard sign orders ship within 3 business days of proof approval, so you'll have them ready for your event, promotion, or job site as quickly as possible.

Design Tips

Our team reviews every order before printing, but following these tips will help ensure the best print quality and speed up your proof.

• Use high-quality artwork. We recommend 300 DPI images or vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or PDF). High-resolution PNGs also work well.
  
• Using Canva? No problem! Paste your Canva share link in the Special Instructions section and upload any blank file to complete checkout.
  
• Keep it simple. The most effective yard signs feature one clear message, one headline, and one call to action. Too much text makes signs difficult to read from the road.
  
• Design for viewing distance. Use large, bold fonts and avoid thin, script, or decorative typefaces. If drivers or pedestrians can't read it in a few seconds, it's probably too busy.
  
• Choose high-contrast colors. Dark text on a light background (or vice versa) provides the best visibility from a distance.
  
• Include a 0.1" bleed. Extend your artwork 0.1" past the final trim size to help prevent unwanted white edges after trimming.
  
• Keep important content inside the safe area. Leave at least 0.5" of space between important text or logos and the edges of the sign to ensure nothing important is trimmed.
  
• Add a QR code to drive more customers. QR codes are a great way to connect customers to your website, menu, contact page, or social media. We'll generate a static QR code for you at no charge. Simply leave a blank white space where you'd like the QR code placed and include the destination link in the Special Instructions section.
  
• Submit print-ready artwork when possible. The less editing or cleanup required, the faster we can prepare your proof.
  
• Check image quality. View your artwork at 100% (actual size) or zoom in slightly before uploading. If it looks blurry or pixelated on your screen, it will likely print that way too.
  
• We'll double-check everything. A real member of our team reviews every order before printing. If we notice anything that may affect the final result, we'll let you know when we send your free digital proof.
