Ordering custom posters is easy. Every order is reviewed by a real person before printing to ensure your posters look their best.

1. Customize Your Posters
Select your poster size, quantity, upload your artwork, and include any special instructions.

2. Artwork Review & Free Digital Proof
We'll carefully review your artwork for print quality, resolution, and any potential issues. If we recommend any changes to improve the final print, we'll contact you by email or phone before sending your free digital proof, typically within 24 hours.

3. Approve & We Print
Once you approve your proof, we'll professionally print your posters using vibrant, high-resolution printing and carefully inspect them before shipping.

4. Fast Delivery
Most poster orders ship within 3 business days of proof approval, so you'll have them ready for your event, promotion, presentation, or display as quickly as possible.

Design Tips

Our team reviews every order before printing, but following these tips will help ensure the best print quality and speed up your proof.

• Use high-quality artwork. We recommend 300 DPI images or vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or PDF). High-resolution PNG files also work well.
  
• Using Canva? No problem! Paste your Canva share link in the Special Notes section and upload any blank file to complete checkout.
  
• Keep it simple. The most effective posters feature one clear message, one headline, and one call to action. Keeping your design simple makes it easier to grab attention and communicate your message.
  
• Design for viewing distance. The farther away your poster will be viewed, the larger your text should be. Use clean, bold fonts and avoid decorative typefaces whenever possible.
  
• Choose high-contrast colors. Dark text on a light background (or vice versa) is much easier to read than low-contrast color combinations.
  
• Include a 0.1" bleed. Extend your artwork 0.1" past the final trim size to help prevent unwanted white edges after trimming.
  
• Keep important content inside the safe area. Leave at least 0.25" of space between important text or logos and the edge of the poster to account for trimming.
  
• Submit print-ready artwork when possible. The less editing or cleanup required, the faster we can prepare your proof.
  
• Check image quality. View your artwork at 100% (actual size) or zoom in before uploading. If it looks blurry or pixelated on your screen, it will likely print that way too.
  
• We'll double-check everything. A real member of our team reviews every order before printing. If we notice anything that may affect the final result, we'll contact you before sending your free digital proof.
